Bank holiday opening hours

Our contact centre, Homes Direct, closes at 4.30pm on Friday 01 May for the bank holiday. We reopen on Tuesday 05 May at 9am.

If you have a housing emergency when we are closed, please contact our 'out of hours' team on 01902 552999. If someone is in danger, call the emergency services on 999 straight away.
