How this benefits customers
The team ensures vacant properties are free from hazards and are in decent, lettable condition for the next tenant. The removal of fly tipping means that residents across the city can enjoy a safe and clean environment.

What customers can expect
We aim to complete vacant properties ready for reletting within 40 days from previous tenant leaving. We remove fly tipping within seven days of it being reported.

The team monitors all customer satisfaction surveys to ensure high standards are maintained.

The team undertakes regular training to increase their knowledge of building standards and regulations. We also undertake weekly performance monitoring of both the team and individuals, to ensure targets are being met.
