Homeless, HIA and Telecare services switching to council

From Tuesday 1 April 2025, City of Wolverhampton Council will deliver the city’s Homeless, Homes Improvement Agency (HIA), Temporary Accommodation and Telecare services that were previously delivered by Wolverhampton Homes.

The new arrangements aim to realise operational benefits while continuing to deliver a seamless service.

Complaints and compliments
