Complaints and compliments
We take complaints very seriously and review each one on an individual basis. We will work with you to seek a resolution as soon as possible. It is important that we aim to resolve customer dissatisfaction quickly, wherever possible, at the first point of contact either through our Contact Centre or the relevant service area.
We would also like to hear from you where you would like to tell us about a great service you have received, or if you would like to show your appreciation for a team or particular member of staff.
We use your feedback to continually improve our services, which includes building on the things we're doing well and learning from where we didn’t do so well.
