18 to 24 year olds
If you are aged 18 to 24 and are looking for somewhere to live there are a number of options available to you depending on your situation. Please view the detail below.
-
Leaving home
If you are living with family and you are looking to leave home, it is a big decision and it is always better to do this in a planned way by considering the options available to you.
Leaving home will give you more freedom but it will also lead to more responsibility, and it is best to consider what this will look like for you. Leaving home with nowhere to go should be the last option that you should consider.
-
Being asked to leave
If you are being asked to leave by family or friends, then it is best to seek early assistance. We can offer mediation to you and the person or people asking you to leave, which means they may let you stay, even if this is in the short term whilst you plan to find somewhere else to live. This works by finding practical ways to work toward a solution that both sides are happy with.
-
