Get involved in reviewing our services and identifying changes and improvements. You'll represent the voice of all customers, helping to ensure all our services reflect our customers' experiences and meet their needs and expectations.

What can I expect?
- The panel will usually meet every three months
- Each meeting will be around two to three hours long
- The meetings might be in person or online, via Teams or Zoom
- Full training, equipment and support will be provided, so please don't worry if you don't have a laptop or tablet to join an online meeting, or if you don't know how to use Zoom
