From Tuesday 1 April 2025, City of Wolverhampton Council will deliver the city’s Homeless, Homes Improvement Agency (HIA), Temporary Accommodation and Telecare services that were previously delivered by us. You will be able to access all the services as normal, with new email and phone contact details as follows:

We can provide a wide range of help and support for customers, including a dedicated team for young people aged 16-25.
If you own your home you may be able to access support from the council's Home Improvement Agency (HIA). The team works with homeowners across the city to access grants and other financial support that can help you to stay living independently in your own home for longer.
