Subletting your property

Before subletting your property, you should give us your correspondence address and contact details so that we can contact you with important information about your lease.

As the leaseholder, you will still be responsible for the payment of all service charges associated with the property after it is sublet. You are also responsible for your tenants.

We are unable to get involved in any matters between you and your tenant, but Citizens Advice may be able to advise you on your rights and responsibilities as a landlord.
