Tidy garden scheme
The tidy garden scheme is a service available exclusively to Wolverhampton Homes tenants and leaseholders who would like help looking after their garden. Our annual service starts at just over £200 per year, which works out at just under £4 a week, payable by Direct Debit. Depending on the size of your garden, the fee ranges from just under £4 to just under £8 per week.
The service includes:
- lawn mowing, fortnightly from April to September
- shrub pruning and weeding, monthly from October to March
- hedge trimming twice a year

One-off jobs
We can offer you bespoke works too if you need them, such as pruning, cutting down trees, or one-off projects to make your garden easier to manage. We may also agree to a payment plan, provided you pay by Direct Debit.

Continental Landscapes
All garden works are carried out by our professional and highly-skilled friends at Continental Landscapes. All their gardeners are fully trained, qualified, and work to the latest health and safety regulations.
If you are an introductory tenant, you will need to pay for one-off works in full. The tidy garden scheme is not available to tenants who have any debts with Wolverhampton Homes or the City of Wolverhampton Council, or who have applied to buy their home under the Right to Buy.
