Fire safety visits

We take fire safety very seriously and are committed to ensuring our residents feel safe and secure in their homes.

Our Building Safety team carry out regular fire safety visits to:

• Identify any fire-related safety risks in our properties
• Identify any actions we need to take to prevent fire
• Ensure residents can escape in an emergency
• Ensure emergency service access is not hindered

Working in partnership

We work closely with West Midlands Fire Service (WMFS) who offer  free safe and well visits. They take around 15 minutes and are carried out by firefighters from your local fire station. They’ll check your home and give you professional advice on how to reduce fire risks and stay safe in the event of a fire.
