The fastest way to report your repairs is online using My Account.
You can also report repairs via our contact centre, Homes Direct, which is open between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and between 9am and 4:30pm on a Friday.

How long will my repair take?
Emergency repairs are completed within 24 hours, and sometimes sooner. We class a repair as being an emergency if it causes or is likely to cause a health and safety risk.
We aim to complete all routine repairs within 20 working days at a time to suit you.
These are larger, non-urgent repairs, such as plastering a big area of wall. We aim to complete programmed repairs within 90 days.
