In 2023, we signed the Armed Forces Covenant, as our promise to ensure that those who serve or who have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly.

Support within Wolverhampton
The City of Wolverhampton has pledged its allegiance to the Armed Forces community and their families through the Armed Forces Covenant. There's a range of support available in the city including education, employment, family, housing, medical and dentistry, welfare and financial, and community.

- Veterans in the Community – runs three groups in the Wolverhampton area:
- Wednesfield Conservative Club on Mondays from 11am to 1pm
- The RAFA Club, Goldthorn Road, on Tuesdays from 1pm to 3pm
- Lunt Community Centre, Bilston, on Wednesdays from 1pm to 3pm.

Leaving the Armed Forces
If you are leaving the Armed Forces, or you are a former member, you may be entitled to extra help if you become homeless.
If you're homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless, you need to tell us as soon as possible. Contact Homeless Services on 01902 556789 or through their online form.
